Which area does NZdesign cover?
For the year 2024, our priority is for the areas of Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Negeri Sembilan only
Is it possible to take on renovation or decoration only?
For decoration work only, it's possible. However, if it's solely renovation work without involving decoration which is (a minimum of 2 spaces), we're sorry, but we do not accept it.

Is it possible, if i want to know the quotation first?
The quotation is only valid for a period of 2 weeks. For the quotation, we will provide a general estimate of decoration costs for a particular space to help you budget accordingly. The minimum cost for the living hall (living room, dining room, and entrance) is 35-45k, the minimum cost for a child's room is 8-12k, the minimum cost for a master bedroom is 10-15k, the minimum cost for a guest room is 8k, and the minimum cost for an entire house is 76k. However, these costs also depend on several factors including the site location, the number of rooms in a house, existing items that can still be used, additional work required, the addition of built-in cabinets, and others. As for renovation work, a quotation cannot be provided unless we know the dimensions, the required work, and the site location. This requires a more detailed site visit.
How long in advance do I need to book NZdesign?
For year 2023 the slots have been fully booked. For slots in 2024, we opened applications on January 10, 2023, which has passed. But you can try filling out the form in advance. If there's a suitable availability, our team will review it, and customers will be contacted again.
How are the themes, colors, and designs chosen for a decoration project?
Usually, customers will generally indicate the theme they like, the colors they're interested in, and their maximum budget. Based on these points, we will develop ideas according to their preferences. God willing, we will strive to do our best for every NZdesign customer.
What is include in the decoration cost?
In every post showcasing NZdesign's work, we will provide the total decoration cost used. This means the overall cost involved, including curtain costs, furniture costs, transportation costs, consultation, built-in cabinets, accessories, and so on. On the other hand, renovation costs are separate from decoration costs; each house requires different costs for various reasons. We will carry out renovation work based on the predetermined budget only.

Boleh ke ambil reno atau deco sahaja?
Untuk kerja deco sahaja boleh insyaAllah tapi kalau hanya kerja reno sahaja tanpa melibatkan kerja deco(minimum diperlukan 2 ruang), maaf kami tak terima

Kalau saya nak tahu quotation dulu boleh ke?
Quotation hanya valid untuk tempoh 2 minggu sahaja. Untuk quotation kami akan sebutkan secara umum anggaran kos deco untuk sesuatu ruang bagi memudahkan anda menganggar dahulu bajet yang diperlukan. Kos minimum untuk living hall(ruang tamu, ruang makan dan entrance) adalah 35-45k, kos minimum untuk sebuah bilik anak adalah 8-12k, kos minimum untuk master bedroom 10-15k, kos minimum untuk guest room 8k, dan kos minimum untuk sebuah rumah adalah 76k. Tapi kos ini bergantung juga pada beberapa faktor antaranya lokasi site, jumlah bilik dalam sesebuah rumah, barang yang sedia ada yang masih boleh digunakan, kerja-kerja tambahan yang perlu dilakukan, penambahan built in cabinet dan lain-lain. Manakala bagi kerja-kerja reno pula quotation tak boleh diberikan kecuali kami tahu ukuran, kerja-kerja yang perlu dibuat dan lokasi site tersebut. Ini memerlukan site visit yang lebih terperinci
Berapa lama sebelum saya perlukan untuk booking NZdesign?
Slot bagi tahun 2023 telah dipenuhi. Bagi slot 2024, permohonan telah kami buka pada 10hb Jan 2023 yg lepas. Boleh cuba isi borang terlebih dahulu. Jika ada ruang bersesuaian, team akn semak, dan pelanggan akan dihubungi kembali.
​Bagaimana tema, colour dan design dipilih untuk sesuatu kerja deco?
Selalunya customer akan bagitahu secara umum tema apa yang mereka suka, colour apa yang mereka minat dan berapa bajet max yang boleh disediakan. Dengan berdasarkan point2 tersebut kami akan olah idea mengikut citarasa mereka. InsyaAllah kami akan usahakan yang terbaik buat setiap customer NZdesign
Kalau tulis kos deco tu maknanya termasuk apa sahaja ya?
Di setiap kali post hasil2 kerja NZdesign, kami akan berikan jumlah kos deco yang digunakan. Jadi itu bermaksud kos keseluruhan yang terlibat termasuk kos curtain, kos perabot, kos pengangkutan, consultation, built in cabinet, aksesori dan sebagainya Manakala kos reno adalah berbeza dengan kos deco, setiap rumah memerlukan kos yang berlainan atas sebab2 tertentu. Kami akan menjalankan kerja reno bergantung bajet yang telah ditetapkan sahaja
